why lunch?

Well, Lunch is what integrated production should be.
It's accessible, collaborative, creative and fun. It was on these four principles that Lunch was founded. That's probably because of who founded Lunch.
Lunch's founder Amy Miranda is one of the most awarded integrated producers in North America, and she knows how to make a production feel easy.
Amy is passionate about the integrated space and whether itʼs Technical, Creative or Conceptual she lives and breathes it. Having worked in all facets of the industry Amy offers a unique multidisciplinary perspective, which is met with an equal degree of humor, creativity and commitment to service levels, quality and results.
She began her career in the early days of CNN.com in Atlanta and since then, Amy has produced, conceptualized and managed thousands of large-scale online campaigns, applications and solutions ranging from frequency programs to e-commerce sites.
She now draws on over 13 years of Interactive, Creative, Strategic and Operations experience delivering internationally award-winning digital solutions. Amyʼs work has garnered her multiple Gold Cannes Cyber Lions, One Show Pencils, and industry recognition for both high quality creative - and results.
Her ability to assess, strategize and implement, coupled with her passion for creative have made her one of the interactive industry's creative production experts.
Sheʼs worked as an Editor, Designer, Developer, Technology Director, Project Manager & Interactive Consultant at companies including iXL, CNN, U8TV/Alliance Atlantis, Activate and Henderson Bas. Amy was most recently Agency-side as Director of Interactive Production for both TAXI and Grip Limited.
In May of 2009 Amy moved forward in executing her unique vision for integrated production made easy with the launch of Lunch. Lunch is a network of companies who work both together and separately to create high quality integrated work for clients, agencies, and production companies. Where clients don't need to worry about workflow or logistics, because Lunch is a true collaborative network led by someone who's led them all hundreds of times before.
Amy is often present in industry panel discussions, a frequent speaker at conferences (FITC, NXNE, TEDX), and universities, frequent awards show judge and is also known for her non-profit work in founding and curating Canadian think tank Inter-action
