Author, Editor and Educator. Her fiction has been shortlisted for the CBC Literary Awards, selected for the Journey Prize anthology and nominated for a National Magazine Award. She is the author of four books: the novels Pulpy & Midge and Worry, which was included on CBC Books’ Best Canadian Fiction of 2019 and the CBC Canada Reads Longlist, and the critically acclaimed short story collections Things Not to Do and And Also Sharks.

Jessica is based in Toronto,  Canada.
